No call-centres. Speak to the same person each time you call. Speak to someone face-to-face! No annoying voice activated menu system when you call. You’ll either get straight through to someone who can help, or you can leave a message if it is out of hours. And if you pay for one of our recurring services such as broadband or if you have a maintenance/support contract with us, you can call a mobile phone for out-of-hours support.
